As Founder and Principal of D3 Search, David Pacheco has over fifteen years of progressively responsible law practice and legal recruiting experience in the greater Los Angeles area.

David initially entered the legal field during college in Boston, MA as a file clerk and legal assistant for Cetrulo & Capone from 1997-1999. After graduating summa cum laude from Northeastern University in 1999, David attended UCLA School of Law while working as a law clerk for Bergman, Dacey & Goldsmith LLP in Westwood. After obtaining his J.D. degree in 2002, David then received and accepted an offer to be an associate attorney with the firm, where he diligently practiced employment and construction litigation until 2005.

During his practice as a young associate attorney, David discovered a passion for assisting with firm recruiting efforts and decided to embark on a legal recruiting career in 2005 with a national legal recruiting firm, Adams & Martin Group. His entrepreneurial spirit eventually led him, along with Don Moser and Domenic Ferrante, to co-found D3 Search in 2010 as an innovative legal staffing provider servicing employers throughout the state of California as well as other major metro markets throughout the United States.

David’s educational and experiential background gives him a well-rounded approach to legal recruiting and allows him to make an appropriate match between his candidates and clients.
