As Principal and Founder of D3 Search, Don Moser possesses over fifteen years of legal employment experience, with recruiting and staffing expertise devoted exclusively to the legal industry.

After graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Don relocated to Sacramento to attend Lincoln Law School of Sacramento. At the same time, he joined the prominent and well-respected Sacramento law offices of Downey Brand LLP. Here, he worked full-time for five years in litigation support, while attending law school in the evenings.

It was during this period that Don discovered a passion for professional relationship building and networking. After successfully completing his graduate studies at Lincoln Law School and being conferred his Juris Doctor degree, Don embarked on a career as a legal recruiter in his hometown of Los Angeles – an occupation where he could combine his education and professional experience with his passion for understanding and connecting other industry professionals.

In early 2000, Don joined a publicly-traded and nationally-recognized legal staffing firm in Los Angeles, Robert Half Legal, where he was eventually promoted to Division Director. Following several successful years with Robert Half Legal, and subsequent years as a Managing Director at Rhumbline Legal Solutions, Don’s entrepreneurial drive eventually led him to co-found D3 Search with Domenic Ferrante.

In 2010, D3 Search emerged as a premier legal staffing provider in California. Don’s background, coupled with a passion for innovation in connecting people, gives him a seasoned and cutting-edge approach to the art of recruiting, thus enabling him to make consistently exceptional and appropriate matches between his candidates and clients.
