D3 Search offers a contract-to-hire placement program that enables our valued clientele to assess the capabilities of any qualified candidate prior to offering that particular candidate a direct hire | full-time position. Should you eventually hire a D3 referred candidate, we provide additional value by incrementally reducing our direct hire placement fee percentage for every 30 calendar days that our candidate has provided temporary services to your practice or business.
